Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Communicate with clients to gather requirements, analyze them, propose solutions, and implement projects.
- Create and review development documents such as requirement definitions, screen designs, and basic designs.
- Act as a bridge between clients and the development department to facilitate communication.
- Collaborate with the development team leader to plan, manage, and monitor project progress.
- Manage quality, risks, and other issues.
<業務内容>
・クライアントとコミュニケーションを取り、要件を収集・分析し、提案およびプロジェクトの実施を行う
・要件定義書、画面設計書、基本設計書などの開発ドキュメントを作成およびレビューする
・クライアントと開発部門の橋渡し役としてコミュニケーションを円滑にする
・開発チームリーダーと連携し、プロジェクトの計画・管理・進捗監視を行う
・品質管理、リスク管理およびその他の課題対応を行う
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Age: 25 - 35
- Gender: Any
- Language: Japanese - Business Level (From N2 Level)
- Experience:
- Over 2 years of practical experience as a BrSE
or
- Over 6 years of practical experience as an IT communicator.
+ Understanding of Japanese culture and business manners in Japanese companies.
+ High communication skills, document creation, and presentation skills.
+ Ability to organize tasks and plan to complete work within deadlines.
+ Ability to investigate, propose solutions, and execute them for new or difficult problems arising in work.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・ Knowledge or experience in programming.
・Experience studying in Japan or working in a Japanese company.
<Desired Candidate Profile>
・Proficient in Japanese with basic knowledge of IT.
・Ability to create and review development documents such as requirement definitions, screen designs, and basic designs.
・Flexible communication with clients, accurately capturing key points and speaking in a structured manner (long-winded and roundabout expressions are not acceptable).
・Ability to analyze problems logically from a user perspective and propose solutions.
・Always act with an awareness of business improvement.
・Actively support team members.
