Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1. Accounting/Finance Operations (70%) ・Monthly payment processing (document preparation and organization, correspondence with the main bank) ・Preparation of various reports (for submission to government agencies and internal reporting) → External: Cash Flow Reports, Cost & Sales Reports, Check Sheets, etc. → Internal: Quarterly and semi-annual internal labor status reports, investment activity evaluation reports, etc. ・Prepare contracts, invoices, quotations, completion reports, expense statements, etc., for various projects. → Monitor progress and prepare invoices/project completion reports while confirming details with sales representatives. → Handle email/phone correspondence with clients regarding documentation from project initiation to completion. → Store and organize project-specific documentation data. ・Create and manage FS reports → Manage monthly receipts, administrative fees, and expenses by project ・Handle quarterly VAT and PIT tax filings, as well as monthly FCT tax payments ・Process overseas payments (royalty loans, advance payment reimbursements, etc.) ・Prepare and approve fee certificates monthly for consultants under outsourcing contracts ・Other collaborative tasks with Japan headquarters and Asia regional headquarters (Thailand subsidiary) 2. General Affairs/Labor Affairs (20%) ・Attendance management, payroll processing, and labor affairs for employees (both HCM and Hanoi locations) ・Audit support (coordination with audit firms and accounting consulting firms) ・Social Insurance Matters ⇒ Preparing and submitting applications for social insurance enrollment, contribution amount adjustments, and enrollment/deregistration of insured individuals ・Handling health insurance and business trip life insurance for each employee ・Arranging health insurance activities for periodic checkups ・Purchasing and managing necessary equipment (company PCs, company phones, other office equipment, stationery, etc.) ・Purchasing and managing mobile SIM cards ・Other government agency liaison duties 3. HR Recruitment Support (10%) ・Recruitment activity support → Job posting creation, communication with recruitment agencies, interview scheduling, interview result notifications, etc. ・Preparation and submission of new hire offer letters, probationary period contracts, etc. ・Preparation and management of employee employment contracts, appendices, etc. ・Updating information in the HR management system (MBO results, salary changes, employee personal information management, etc.) → Calculating bonuses based on quarterly MBO (Management by Objectives) results, preparing addenda, applying for insurance adjustments, etc. ・Preparing documents and handling applications for foreign employees (work visas, WP, TRC, bank account opening support, etc.)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor's Degree (Priority will be given to applicants who have graduated from a four-year university in Japan) ・Gender: Females prefer ・Age: 27-39 years old (can consider 40 years old in case of matching qualifications) ・Language: Japanese - Business level (equivalent to N2 or above) ・Experience: At least 3 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping at a Japanese company <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Candidates with work experience in Japan or experience working under Japanese supervisors. ・Practical experience in intangible goods/services.
