Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
・Negotiation with Vietnamese national and local government agencies:
- Scheduling of dialogue sessions and meetings with the People's Committee.
- Translation and submission of official requests to the government, as well as interpretation (including for meetings with high-ranking officials).
- Translation of laws and official circulars.
・Management of Company-hosted seminars and events:
- Venue arrangements, contracts, invitations, participant management, material preparation, and creation/analysis of surveys.
- Event planning (e.g., business matching), coordination with relevant authorities and organizations, outsourcing tasks to various vendors, on-site event management, and translation/interpretation of materials.
・Subcommittee management:
- Sending announcements, managing attendance, and assisting with equipment setup and operation during subcommittee meetings.
・Public relations and external affairs:
- Sharing information for Vietnamese audiences via Facebook and the Company's website.
- Building relationships and providing information to the Vietnamese media.
- Networking and coordination with foreign consulates and chambers of commerce in Vietnam.
・Other duties:
- Handling visitors, responding to inquiries by phone and email.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Language: Japanese - Business Level and English - Conversational Level
※ Must be able to objectively prove proficiency with a certification of N1 or higher.
※ Must have practical experience in interpretation and translation.
※English: Basic business proficiency (handling phone calls and emails).
・Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience.

・Experience working in Vietnam is a plus.
