Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Receive and process P/O from customers, check quantity, price, etc - Contact the insurance company to issue cargo insurance - Supply shipping documents (INV, P/L, AWB) to customers - Receive shipping documents (INV, PL, AWB, etc.) from suppliers - Confirm the cargo has reached the customer’s stock safely - Send documents related to sales/purchases to the accountant - Update data to the company's software - Make principal contracts, purchase/sales/service contracts with suppliers - Follow-up and update P/O, confirm delivery time to suppliers - Manage inventory - Import-export customs clearance - Make sales report - Coordinate with the sales PIC to handle trouble at customers if they have - Other works concerning sales under the assignment of the Supervisor and General Director
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Gender: Female - Age: Under 40 - Education background: Graduated from a University or higher with majors in Economics, Logistics, Trade... - Language skills: Japanese - Business Level (N2), knowledge of English is an advantage - Experience: Over 4 years of experience in purchasing and import-export procedures, including working with systems; preference given to candidates with experience in chemical goods. - Strong communication skills with the ability to interact and coordinate effectively with customers. - Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities efficiently. - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email. - Responsible, honest, enthusiastic, dynamic, with good communication and teamwork skills, and a strong desire to commit long-term with the company.
