<Job Responsibilities> - Manage, plan, design and execute policies/strategy/methods for the PIH Industrial Engineering (IE) section to ensure that IE operations are completed on time, within budget and as per the set goals. - Lead and implement project related to production line expanding/modifying and maintenance of machine, related equipment...etc. - Lead and improve machine operation capacity, machine safety performance and productivity. - Lead and develop strong PIH IE Team: evaluation, training, talent development, motivation & other job assigned by Senior.

<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Age: 35 - 50. Gender: Any - Education: Bachelor Degree in major of Engineering - Experience: Have at least 3 years of working experience at Technical Manager position in Manufacturing Industry. - Knowledge and Skills: + Strong people management & leadership skill. + Well understand in mold, press machine (repair & maintenance) + Long term and short-term vision + Project management experience + Logical thinking, analytical & problem-solving skills, Be innovative, have sunao mind, interpersonal skill, Talent development mind - Language: English - Intermediate level and above (can communicate, present and report to Japanese Director) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Japanese is prefer - Experience in the same field of company is preferred
