- Customer support for games developed by Japanese companies

<Job Responsibilities>
・Sending emails to end users (French)
・Escalating to game developers in Japan
・Researching by using management tools
・Communicating with the company about some problems and how to respond to them
・Inquiring analysis
・Reporting to Manager

・Tools used: Google Workspace

・Age: 22 ~ 40 
・Gender: Any
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language:
- French - Business Level. Ability to communicate smoothly with French customers. 
- English - Conversational Level( For internal  communication) 
・Experience: open for fresher. 
・Having good communication skills
・Having reporting skills
・Can work from home via shift working
