Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
1. General management
- Responsible for overall management and control of all activities of the Business Development department.
- Encourage employees to comply with the Company's policies/rules, and ensure that department activities are carried out according to approved rules.
- Lead the Department's staff to promote team spirit, ensure the good implementation of the department's tasks and goals.
- Train, develop, and evaluate employee capacity
- Inspect, supervise, and urge the implementation of business plans and goals
- Assign and negotiate staff's business targets to ensure the overall targets of the Department.
- Communicate regulations and requirements of leadership to Department employees.
- Be responsible for the Department's sales and business performance each month, quarter, and year.
2. Team building and advisory
- Advise on building organizational structure and human resource planning
- Advise on building medium and long-term business plans and strategies, expanding agents, sales policies, and business targets.
- Orient, build, and make business plans and action plans suitable for the Company for each period and each stage.
- Consult on policies, markets, similar products on the market, and competitors' products.
- Develop, organize, and standardize processes, rules, and regulations related to wholesale business.
3. Business activities
- Develop, search, and exploit new customers and clients nationwide
- Maintain existing business relationships, and regularly visit customers.
- Monitor, supervise, and organize work implementation from the beginning of the Contract to the end of the Contract.
- Monitor and urge customer debts, ensure debts are paid on time.
- Understand clearly the attributes, functions, prices, policies, advantages of the product, similar products on the market, and competitors' products.
- Assign and supervise the implementation of bid documents to participate in bidding and understand customer needs.
- Research the market, analyze competitors in the same field, and create a strategic business development plan monthly/ quarterly/ yearly.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree, major in Engineering
・Language: English - Business Level 
・Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Salesperson in the ELV solution or office equipment industry 
- Good and professional communication skills.
- Leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Enthusiastic, dynamic, independent, agile style.
- Good knowledge about the market
