Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- Handling customer inquiries and troubleshooting
- Providing medical and scientific information to customers
- Cultivating and establishing strong collaborative relationships with key opinion leaders that advance the promotion and education of laboratory practices that improve test quality while ensuring a balanced perspective and current practices.
- Writing journal reviews and conducting product training for internal and external 
customers
- Participating in global internal Scientific Affairs meetings regularly
- Managing scientific events
- Providing scientific, technical, and clinical expertise to the business unit and other 
functions within the company to support activities of existing product offerings and 
identification of new products and their respective development.
- Handling regulatory issues for medical devices and reagents.
- Registering products to the Ministry of Health and update registration information
- Handling complaints about scientific issues

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's Degree in science or similar fields. 
・Gender: Any
・Age: 25-35 years old
・Language: English business level 
・Experience: 
- Have 3 years of working experience in the diagnostics business (IVD - In vitro diagnostic industry)
- Experience in the marketing field (market research, analyzing customer and 
competitor trends, creating and localizing marketing material, monitoring and 
maintaining existing marketing channels so that they comply with local 
regulations and requirements, etc.)
- Can use MS Office and conduct product presentations
- Willing to attend overseas product training (1-2 times per year)
