<Business trip >
・Domestic: Hanoi, TP. HCM, (4-5 times/year).
・Overseas: N/A
<Saturday Working: 2 Saturdays off per month. >


<Job Responsibilities>
- Support Sales Staff to make documentation for shipment, orders.
- Receive orders from customers, check inventory, production plans.
- Keep track of delivery schedules.
- Contact with forwarders about related issues.
- Contact with customers when needed.
- Support translating Japanese when needed (optional).


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education: Bachelor related to Economic, preferred Business Administration/ Japanese
- Working experience: Fresher or 1 year related knowledge: Sales (look for customer outside), Import-export, Business management, Production control
- Gender: Female Only
- Age: 23-30
- Language Skill : Japanese - from N3 equivalent ( no need certificate) and English - Conversational Level OR fluent in English
- Computer Skill: MS Office, ERP.
