Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
・Acquire new customers (Vietnamese companies, hospitals, and schools).
・Contract management.
・Provide customer support.
・Support sales staff in dealing with foreign companies, mainly by assisting with tasks that require the use of English.
・Management and supervision of local staff:
- Reporting sales activities to the supervisor.
- Managing a team of 2-3 sales staff.
- Approving deals secured by sales staff.
- Conducting weekly meetings and guiding staff.
- Managing contracts.
- Managing and updating customer lists.
- Collaborating with other departments to plan vending machine installation and removal.
- Recruiting and training new staff as needed.
- Updating sales-related materials as needed.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Language:
* Japanese - Intermediate Level (from N2,N3 or higher) OR
* English proficiency at TOEIC 600 OR Chinese.
・Experience & Skills:
- Having more than 3 years of full-time work experience in any industry.
- Have experience in business development
- Have experience in a leader or manager
- Basic computer skills.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience in new customer development is a plus.
・A driver's license is a plus.
