Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Following orders and debt of each distributor in area responsibilities - Keeping a list of distributors, including details information about distributors, and representatives. As well as prepare and keep distributor contracts. - Checking and visiting distributors at least 2 times/month - Taking care of distributors' activities with each distributor - Following the put-in, put-out, and returns tire of distributors - Supporting distributors in implementing company regulations - Implementing promotion programs for distributors - Following the turnover of each distributor, advising about measures to help distributors increase and achieve the turnover target - Collecting information about customers and competitors - Searching and replacing the distributor in the area of responsibility - Making daily sales report and summary turnover bonus at the end of the month
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: College diploma or Bachelor's Degree ・Language: English - Intermediate Level ・Experience: 3 years or above of relevant experience in dealing with distributors in the tire market
