Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Support execution of all aspects of Sales & Marketing strategy for residential development projects across both South and North Vietnam, including sales reporting, sales programs formulation, marketing activities proposal, etc.
- Conduct an in-depth market study for product and pricing to support certain requirements of the department and the company at different stages of projects.
- Collaborate proactively with internal departments and joint venture partners for efficient execution of strategy.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with sales distribution agencies and joint venture partners.
- Conduct market surveys as assigned or when deemed necessary to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support key initiatives that strengthen the company’s corporate branding efforts.
- Performs other duties as required on the job.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience:
- From 3 to 5 years of sales & marketing experience in residential real estate, ideally with exposure to foreign developers.
- Proven experience in the South Vietnam real estate market, with familiarity in the North Vietnam market considered an advantage.
- Proven ability to leverage a strong industry network to efficiently gather, consolidate, and validate market data for the market reports.
- Demonstrate proficiency in planning, analytical, presentation, and organizational skills, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

- Take ownership of assigned tasks, adaptable, and eager to expand knowledge across new areas.
- Base in Ho Chi Minh City, with occasional travel to North Vietnam as required.
