Job Description
1) Report directly to Vietnamese Sales Manager, indirectly to Japanese BOM
2) Assigned to Pharmacy segment team
3) Job Responsibilities:
- Motivate and develop sales account/ client managers to achieve and/ or exceed retention goals or opportunities and supporting as needed the activities of new sales to ensure corporate objectives are met as they relate to the pharmacy markets.
- Develop and monitor retention targets to ensure pharmacy sales staff meets goals and standards.
- Be responsible for market management (i. e., awareness and management of external distribution channel relationships, competition, media and development of overall market/ region strategies)
- Be responsible for leading account managers and their ownership of accounts within that market segment
- Be responsible for all retention and client management activities for existing pharmacy business within their market
- Actively develop the technical solutions to present the applications of body composition scales product to customers in pharmacy segment (introduction, negotiation, preparation of quotations, proposals and giving advice to customers)
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers
- Deeply understand and always enhance the knowledge about the company's products as well as the products of competitors in healthcare market
- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports by email and direct meetings with the Director
Job Requirement
1) Essential Requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelor degree
- Languages: English Conversational level (can read and understand documents, not speaking well is OK)
- Gender: Any
- Age: 30-35
- 5+ years' working experience as Sales in Pharmacy field
- Should have wide network Pharmacy channel all over Vietnam (or from South to Hue - middle of Vietnam)
- Should have Sales Leader/ Manager experience
- Multitasking, can work independently and under high pressure
- Good communications skill
2) Preferable Requirements:
- Have working experience with Medical Equipment business such as Omron
3) Characteristics:
- Honest, sociable, creative, and hardworking (someone who can start from zero)
