Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
• Managing the Sales activities for FCL and Air in HAN & HPH offices to develop the business network, Air, FCL, (new products if any) and taking care of procurements if required.
 • Developing VIP direct customers (including manufacturing & trading companies)
 • Conduct sales calls, visits and presentations to new and existing customers following KPIs.
 • As a Sales Manager FCL, you will be responsible for analyzing and recommending specific sales and marketing strategies for the whole FCL sales team company (Hanoi & Haiphong offices) to achieve the target designed by BOD for FCL, Air…to achieving the 2023 target 
 • Train and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and plan approved by the BOM
 • Update customer relationship management (CRM) tools to keep track of sales activities, customer data and market intelligence
 • Study and report existing competitor solutions
 • Combine with other Department at the company to get effective in work;
 • Fulfil other duties assigned by the Branch Manager & the General Director on sales - marketing & business development.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Age: 30 - 55
- Gender: Any
- Education Background: Bachelor's Degree, major in Business Management, Economics, Foreign Trade, Maritime or Engineering with subjects like logistics, port management, and shipping.
- Experience: 
+ At least 5 years of working experience as a Sales Manager in Shipping/ Forwarding / Logistics 
+ Must have experience in the Vietnam market
- Language: English Business Level
