Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
•	Responsible for the generation of order income and revenue from new and existing large and medium customers, mainly through customer visits or industry events.  Responsible for region/ area, portfolio or a cluster of customers defined in the sales plan:
-	Meet and exceed sales target: generation of order income and revenue from new and existing large and medium customers as defined in the sales plan.
-	Develop and maintain a customer-focused list (together with Area Sales Manager) by proposing focused customers and business opportunities based on marketing leads, own opportunities, certificate expiry lists, market knowledge, etc.
-	Identify solutions for customer needs, if necessary with the involvement of Subject Master Experts.
-	Generate new leads (e.g. on fairs) and convert assigned sales leads generated by e.g. marketing or other channels.
-	Execute customer visits and or visit to industry events.
-	Acquire new customers.
-	Maintain/grow customer loyalty and ring-fence critical business through regular customer interaction and visits.
-	Maintain positive relationships with existing customers to up-sell the service portfolio.
-	Recover lost customers.
-	Document all activities in the relevant TR IT tools (e.g. Salesforce.com).
-	Responsible for the on-time delivery, quality, and follow-up of the quotation according to the customer's needs.
-	Follow up on quotations with the customer (can be delegated to sales support).
-	Conduct the final negotiation of quotation and contracts with the customer in collaboration with relevant stakeholders / P&L responsible persons and in line with TR requirements.
-	Support in the cash collection of unpaid/overdue invoices for the customers for which (s)he is responsible.
-	Contact for cross-BF (Business Function) / cross-BS (Business Stream) inquiries from other Sales colleagues.
-	Monitor market and competitors.
-	Conduct sales analytics in the area of responsibility.
-	Participate in regular sales reviews with the disciplinary Supervisor.
•	Support the Area Sales Manager in defining the yearly sales plan.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree, prefer having a background in Medical Equipment
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in the related area:
•	Ideally, first experience in Testing, Inspection, Certification (TIC) services.
•	Or having sales experience in the Medical Equipment field 

・Other requirements:
•	Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
•	Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
•	Hands-on mentally; pronounced ability for self-organizing skills.
•	Good communication, strong rhetorical skills over the phone.
•	Good problem-solving, statistical, and analytical skills. 
•	Ability to meet deadlines without supervision.
•	Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential and dealing with high-level people.
