<Job responsibilities >
- Attend meetings and handle negotiations with Japanese clients
- Manage project schedules and monitor progress
- Support the Japanese President with tasks such as interpretation, meeting minutes, and report preparation
- Assist the Project Manager with ongoing projects
- Coordinate and communicate with internal departments (design, construction, procurement, etc.)
- Support other internal operations as needed
*Business trips may be required
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's degree
・Age: 25 - 33 years old
・Gender: Any
・Language: Business-level Japanese (N2 or above) and English proficiency
・Experience:
+Have at least 3 years of experience in corporate sales
+Project management experience:
- IT system development project PM
- Event planning and exhibition coordination
- Marketing campaign execution and progress control
- Coordination of new product development/launch in manufacturing
- HR system implementation or organizational change project management
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
・Work experience in the interior design, construction, or architectural industry
・Project management experience in interior design or construction projects
<Skills >
・Strong communication skills and proactive approach to client negotiations and relationship building
・Logical thinking and hypothesis-based problem-solving ability
・Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
・Flexibility and sense of responsibility in handling duties
