Job Description
Team size: 4-5 members
- Work closely with Sales team to achieve monthly target
- Work with Sales Representatives of Distributors to maintain and expand distribution channel and build up the relationship with existing customers and supporting SR to approach potential customers
- Plan and work with Sales Representatives, Sub-Distributors to do promotion, display program activities in wet markets, street shops …
- Monitor and implement sales activities/promotion
- Ensure Sub-Distributors to follow right promotion, sell right price
- Make daily, weekly and monthly reports about the information of market, prices, competitors
- Provide market intelligence regarding to market trend and competitor activities
- Update Customer Profile Report regularly
Essential Requirements:
- Qualification: Diploma / Degree holder in Business, Marketing or related fields
- Language: English or Cantonese/Mandarin
- Computer: MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in FMCG sales (General Trade)
Preferable Requirements:
- Experienced working in leading food companies through distributors
- Strong interest in food, food preparation
- Stay at least 2 years in a company (no job hopping)
- Displays potential for taking initiative and with interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to travel out-station and overseas,as appropriate
