Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- In charge of existing customers belonging to the South market upon the area/ customer allocation by the Line Manager.
- Find new customers and complete revenue.
- Perform Sales daily activities on the PIC system.
- Receive Sales telephone.
- Control troubleshooting at customers’ sites.
- Keep in touch with customers for any complaints or new inquiries.
- Develop prospects from current customers for potential business chances.
- Push up & follow up receivables from customers until the customer completes payment.
- Prepare Sales presentations to customers.
- Negotiate with customers under the Manager’s instruction.
- Cooperate with the Business Develop Team and/ or relevant Dept. to get sufficient information for new inquiries/ potential customers
- Prepare sales documents (i.e. Cost Calculation, Quotation, Contract, etc.) for submission for approval and/ or to customers
- In charge of new inquiries and/or potential customers of Japanese / other countries upon Line Manager in case of need
- Follow up Sales contracts (renew, if necessary)
- Update & make sales data, report: weekly/monthly report & Sales Forecast, budget, or other relative reports.
- Prepare Sales expenses on entertainment fees.
- Control maintenance/company asset record and co-work with maintenance/ Logistic department for maintenance of Company assets (cylinders, tank lorries, storage tank, etc...) at both the factory and at the customer site, and getting confirmation from customers for the company’s asset to keep at site monthly.
- Contribution ideas in solving internal pending of SMD with other related Departments, and participate in the development of the Sales' digitization program.
- Control and supervise customs clearance procedures for importing products and exporting procedures to customers.
- Other urgent relevant issues.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/ Economics/ Marketing/ Technical.
・Language skills: English - Business Level.
・Experience: Having 1 to 2 working years in sales or business development with industrial products.
・Knowledge of marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales technique, and sales control systems
・Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization.
・Self-motivate and willingness for dedication and commitment to contribute more to the company,
・Critical thinking: Using logical reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to the problem.
・Judgment & decision making: Considering the relative costs & benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one
・PC skill: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
