<Position Objective/Expectation > - Procurement and inventory management of products for a retail store <Job Responsibilities> - Responsible for administrative tasks related to purchasing and inventory. 1. Procurement Product Selection: Identifying and selecting products that meet customer demand and align with the store’s concept. Supplier Negotiation: Communicating with suppliers to negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms. Order Placement: Placing purchase orders based on sales forecasts and inventory levels. Cost Management: Monitoring procurement costs to maintain profitability. 2. Inventory Management Stock Monitoring: Tracking inventory levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts. Inventory Replenishment: Reordering products promptly based on sales trends and stock levels. Warehouse Organization: Managing storage space efficiently to ensure easy access and minimize loss or damage. Inventory Audits: Conducting regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age: Under 30s ・Gender: Any ・Education: College Diploma or higher ・Language: Not Required ｰ Prefer to have English skills ・Experience in sales administration. ・Must have PC skills (Word, Excel). ・Having knowledge of Inventory Management <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Having experience in Sales Admin in the retail industry ・English proficiency is preferred but not required to be high ＊＊Experience in inventory management for drug stores, cosmetics stores, and daily necessities stores is welcome＊＊
