<Job Responsibilities> Manage final product and package materials with operation and transportation, including POs, Delivery orders, manage transportation to Hanoi, Danang warehouses. - Develop and monitor dispatch plans to ensure timely and efficient deliveries... - Manage Purchase Order to suppliers of raw, package material and delivery schedule. - Manage inventories of final product and materials, including stock levels, shelf-life, expiry date of final product and controlling warehousing cost. - Make Delivery Order to warehouse operation, transportation cost of shipping. - Optimize delivery routes and control logistics costs to improve efficiency - Processing daily POs from distributor and coordinate with transportation company for shipping. - Make re-packing plan (until Aug-Sep 2025) - Host weekly Sales & Manufacturing coordination meetings to align demand and supply plans. - Prepare Daily Inventory Reports
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field ・Language: English - Business Level ・Experience: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations within FMCG companies or Manufacturing. ・Strong communication and coordination skills across departments and with suppliers. Have reporting skills and ability to manage unexpected issues effectively.
