Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
•	Develop, expand, and maintain close relationships with customers/ partners and develop market segments to promote the Company's business.
•	Develop and implement account plans for strategic customers and partners
•	Build up and effectively manage continuous opportunity pipeline to ensure stable business situation, report pipeline situation weekly. Report sales activities in a timely make necessary escalation when necessary
•	Corporate with marketing to gather market information when required
•	Cooperate with the presales team, partners, and related departments to make proposals to customers. Follow up to ensure the deals are properly closed, and contracts/POs are properly signed off to avoid unnecessary risk.
•	Coordinate and cooperate with related departments to ensure projects are run smoothly. Follow up with customer until final collection. Act as the main contact point for problem-solving with customers/partners.
•	 Ensure all transactions strictly comply with group/company policies & procedures and local legislation.
•	Achieve yearly target as agreed with direct manager

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree 
・Language: English - Business Level 
・Experience: At least 4 years of experience in IT products sales position
・Others:
•	Proactive and aggressive in archive sales target
•	Good knowledge of IT products & services
•	Good negotiation skill, Presentation skill, and Communication skills
•	Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence
•	Effective problem-solving skill
•	Team player, flexible attitude, reliable

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Japanese is an advantage
