<Position Objective/Expectation >
This is a department that overlaps with experimental development to answer the demands of various cuisines and requests from clients. You will work immediately under the supervision of a Japanese professional manager.
<Job Responsibilities>
- Developing products for new textures
- Making samples
- Visiting customers with the completed samples
- Supporting sales activities specialized
- Managing factories in both Ho Chi Minh and Da Nang, quality control of dough and crumbs
- Quality monitoring at both the Ho Chi Minh and Da Nang factories.
- Keeping in touch with the factory in Thailand (rare)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Language: Not required (Interpreter helps)
・Experience:
- Work at least 3 years in the flour, frozen food, or bread industry, and experience in one of the following will be fit:
1, Working in a bakery.
2, Working at a company that made flour/flour.
3, Working in R&D of fried foods.
4, Working in seafood processing and using baking flour.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's degree with a food-related major
・Language: Japanese or English, Business level
・Experience: R&D experience in the flour, frozen food, or bakery industry
・Knowledge is better.
