Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Develop short-term and long-term business strategies aligned with the company’s direction. - Analyze market trends, competitors, and logistics developments to propose growth solutions. - Manage overall logistics business activities (freight forwarding, multimodal transport, warehousing, etc.). - Build and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic partners; ensure revenue, profit, and market share targets. - Recruit, train, and manage the Sales team; set KPIs and evaluate performance. - Coordinate with internal departments (Ops, Logistics, ACC…) to enhance service quality and customer experience. - Control business expenses, optimize budget usage, and improve operational efficiency. - Prepare periodic business reports and propose improvements to the Board of Directors. - Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > • Language: English Business level • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business, International Trade, Logistics, or Business Administration. • At least 10 years of experience in a leadership/managerial position. • Experience in Logistics firm • CRM knowledge: Strong understanding of the importance and operation of a Customer Relationship Management system. • Strategic thinking, decisiveness, strong sales skills, and excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities. • Strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making; meticulous, flexible, and highly responsible. <Preferable Skill / Experience> • FIATA or IATA certifications are an advantage.
