Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
1. Sales Strategy & Planning
・Develop sales strategy and annual sales plan with the Director
・Set and manage numerical targets (sales, profit, KPI)
・Analyze market and sales data, propose improvement measures
2. Customer & Channel Development
・Conduct sales activities with existing distributors and accounts (mainly MT)
・Select and develop local distributors in provincial cities (GT)
・Approach cafés and industrial-use clients for business proposals
・Develop new sales channels and conduct contract negotiations
3. Sales Operations Management
・Manage inventory and sales in coordination with the back office
・Plan and manage promotion budgets, exhibitions, and events
・Negotiate with sampling companies and manage sampling activities
4. Team Management
・Manage and develop a sales team of 3–4 members
・Set action plans, monitor progress, and conduct joint visits with members
・Evaluate performance and provide feedback based on results
5. Director Support
・Prepare sales materials in Vietnamese
・Provide translation and interpretation support
・Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Language: English: Business level (able to handle negotiations)
・Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry
- MT channel experience (buyer negotiation, promotion planning)
- More than 3 years of team management experience (3 or more members)
- Proven experience managing numbers (sales, profit) and achieving KPIs
- Proactive, self-driven individual with a startup mindset
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in the GT channel and distributor development
- Experience in sales to cafés or industrial-use customers
- Experience working in a Japanese or Japanese-affiliated company
- Experience in new market development or brand launching
