Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Formulate and execute medium-to-long-term sales and distribution strategies, manage sales forecasts, budget control, and create markets to achieve the goal of becoming No. 1 in Vietnam. - Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans and budgets, and manage progress using KPIs. - Recruit, train, and evaluate the sales team, instilling a mindset for them to become market creators rather than mere salespeople. - Develop and negotiate with key retail partners, distributors, e-commerce platforms, and other channels, while strengthening collaboration with digital marketing. - Collect and analyze primary information from stores, customers, and competitors, and provide strategic feedback to product development and marketing based on these insights.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Language: English - Business level (English proficiency at a level suitable for internal communication.) ・Experience: - 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or planning/execution of distribution strategies within the manufacturing industry (manufacturer). - Experience in managing a team or department. - Strategic planning capability combined with the execution and action ability necessary to implement strategies on the ground. <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Deep understanding of retail, distribution, or consumer products (FMCG, durable goods, etc.) in the Vietnamese market. ・Experience in the toy, hobby, or entertainment industry. ・"Zero-to-One" experience in a startup or new business launch phase. ・Knowledge and experience related to e-commerce and digital marketing.
