Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- Responsible for developing the market and achieving sales targets for UPS products. Ensure effective distribution and deployment of the brand and products in the market.
- Develop business plans and sales targets for the UPS product group.
- Expand the network of customers and partners (contractors, consultants, distribution agents, projects, etc.).
- Establish pricing policies and technical support programs to drive sales.
- Periodically evaluate work results and propose solutions for performance improvement.
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Technical departments to implement business plans.
- Monitor delivery progress, inventory levels, and accounts receivable related to the product.
- Provide regular reports on sales, market situation, and business activities.
- Propose strategies and plans for new product development or market expansion.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Age: 28~35 years old
- Gender: Any
- Background: College or Bachelor's Degree, major in Economics, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering – Industrial Electricity, or related fields.
- Language: English - Intermediate Level
- Experience:
+ Minimum of 03 years of experience in the business of electrical equipment (electronic circuits or storing electricity), UPS.
+ Possess basic technical knowledge of UPS products and energy solutions.

- Skills:
+ Flexible, proactive, creative, and astute (market-sensitive).
+ Work management and problem-solving skills.
+ Good negotiation, planning, and market analysis skills.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience working with UPS brands (APC, Eaton, Delta, Riello, etc.) is an advantage.
