Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Sampling and conducting tests in green coffee beans, packaging material, and instant coffee following the work instructions and recording the results. - Analyze data and interpret test results, including certificates of analysis issued by suppliers, to ensure the goods comply with their respective specifications. - Be responsible for communicating with the stakeholders about any quality deviation on the goods tested, recommending corrective actions when requested. - Be responsible for sticking identification labels in rejected lots. - Be responsible for the preparation, identification, and archiving of standard samples, and retention samples and for prepare samples to be dispatched. - Ensuring the stock of testing supplies by informing the need to purchase. - Ensuring that laboratory equipment is kept clean and properly working, identifying and troubleshooting problems. - Ensuring that laboratory cleanliness and safety standards are maintained. - Training other analysts to perform laboratory procedures and assays, when demanded. - Performing visual inspections of finished products at the warehouse, when demanded. - Participating in internal assessments and audits as required - Other jobs, when demanded.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Colledge Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in chemistry, food technology or another science field. ・Language: English - Intermediate Level ・Experience: - 1-year experience as quality control/laboratory analyst. - Previous experience in the food industry.
