- Manage and control garment quality according to customer standards/requirements
- Manage the QC team (reasonably allocate work to employees, train employees in the group, evaluate employee performance...)
- In charge of handling issues related to the quality assessment system according to customer standards/requirements
- Coordinate with relevant departments to check and find the cause (if any)
- Responsible for preparing reports related to QC
- Work with related departments as well as customers.
- Require in-depth experience in garment quality control including defect management and complaint resolution.
Job Requirement

・Education: University/College Degree
・Foreign language: English - Business level
・Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Quality Management Team Leader at garment companies
