<Job Responsibilities>
-Reading the work procedures and giving instructions to the workers.
(The contents are easy to understand even for inexperienced workers)
- Managing about 20 workers assigned to each process.
- Controlling each process following hygiene rules
- Reporting problems and proposing improvements
- Supporting for machine inspection activities
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender: Any
・Age: 26-39
・Education: College or higher
・Language: English Conversational Level
・Experience: At least 2 years working at a clean production environment in a manufacturing company
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's degree with a food-related major
・Language: Be able to use Japanese
・Experience:
- Work in the flour, frozen food, or bakery industry
- Management
- Work as a Trainee in a Japanese food factory
