Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Receive production plans from the Planning Department and set daily production plans for each line. - Calculate production volume and finished product rate, and set production targets for each line. - Calculate the number of personnel to be assigned to each production line. - Manage production lines. - Monitor productivity, production schedules, and quality status. - Adjust workers according to the production situation. - Develop subordinates, evaluate subordinates, and manage.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Foreign Language: Not Required ・Experience: - At least 5 years of practical experience in production in the electronics industry - At least 5 years of experience managing team members ₋ Have good knowledge of the Production process ₋ Can manage the production process - Have a good relationship with other members <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Priority given to candidates who can speak Japanese ・Have experience in setting up a new factory, a new production line
