<Job Responsibilities> - Technical consulting, design, and creation of the cost of the project. - Supplier management and evaluation. - Supervision of construction contractors, maintenance, and management of the company's equipment. - Creation of technical standard documents. - Management of cost, plan a project. - Monitoring, coaching, and developing the technical department team (HCM and HANOI). - Attending progress checks and technical meetings, as well as discussing and suggesting technical proposals. - Management of the Technical Department issues. - Supporting the accounting, customs clearance, sales, and production departments.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Age: 28 - 38 years old ・Education: University graduation (majoring in mechanical, electronics, or petrochemicals) ・Language： - Japanese: Conversational Level (N3) ・Experience: - Experience in designing gas/air/water piping systems is highly valued. - Experience in project management at the site for over 2 years. - Have working experience for over 5 years. - Experience in team management for over 2 years. ・Other - Good organizing, planning, and managing abilities. - Great attention to detail. - Good communication, logical thinking. <Prefarable> ・Language: - English: Being able to communicate in English is highly valued.
