Job Description
<Responsibilities>
- Receive requests from other departments or propose improvements to reduce error rates, costs, reduce operations, etc. in the production process.
- Collect actual data, propose solutions, design, plan, manufacture and apply improvements.
- Make plans and report progress to superiors during the improvement process.
- Contact suppliers, monitor processing progress, deliver materials from suppliers.
- Monitor improvement effectiveness and make adjustments if necessary.
- Transfer tools and results after improvement to related departments. Instruct other departments to properly use, maintain and repair improved tools.
- Support in calculating plastic injection costs for products when requested.
- Support the Production department on technical problems, setup, and handling damage on the process when needed.
- Set quality goals.
- Preventive corrective actions.
- Perform other tasks under the direction of superiors.

- Request relevant departments to provide real & clear data before making improvements.
- Organize general discussions, present opinions to superiors on improvement plans before making final decisions.
- Use tools and computers for work. Be guaranteed confidentiality requirements.
- Request other departments to support improvement activities according to the agreed plan (human resources, processing, purchasing components, monitoring and evaluating results...)
- Request company funding for improvement activities.
- Request other departments to use, maintain and repair improvement tools properly.
Job Requirement
<Requirements>
- Education level: Graduated from high school or higher, majoring in automation, electricity - electronics, automation
- Language: English communication (can read and understand technical documents)
- Experience: 3 years of experience in the position of Production Engineer / Improvement Engineer or positions related to production engineering in a manufacturing plant.
- Office skills: Word / Excel / Outlook.
- Know how to use 2D drawing software (AutoCAD, ...) or 3D (Inventor, SolidWorks, PTC Creo, ...).
- Ability to read and design automatic systems. Have knowledge of electrical - electronic, mechanical, pneumatic components, ...
- Teamwork skills. Problem solving skills. Presentation skills. Negotiation skills. Priority is given to candidates with experience in plastic injection molding.
- Ability to self-solve problems when there is no superior.
