Japanese Speaking - Production Control Manager - Electronics

Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- Grasping order status and formulating production plans while considering profitability and other factors.
- Order management (including outsourcing/ subcontractor management) and inventory control.
- Cost management.
- Manufacturing management (process management, production progress management).
- Trade management (import/ export), shipment management, and warehouse management.
- Guidance and development of subordinates (primarily local staff).
- Organizational control (managing a total team of 20 members, including indirect and direct staff).

・受注状況の把握、収益面等を考慮した生産計画の策定
・発注管理（外注管理）、在庫管理
・原価管理
・製造管理（工程管理、生産進捗管理）
・貿易管理（輸出入）、出荷管理、倉庫管理
・部下の指導、育成（主にナショナルスタッフ）
・組織の統制（間接員、直接員　計20名組織）

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education Background: Bachelor's Degree 
- Language: Japanese - Business Level (From N2 or above) and English - Conversational Level
- Experience: 
+ Having experience as a Production Manager in a factory with more than 500 employees
+ Strong experience in team management (Team size around 15 - 20 members)
+ Work experience related to machine parts
