Production Control Assistant Manager - Textile

GENERAL INFORMATION

• Long An Factory (Can Giuoc District)

• HCMC Factory (Binh Tan District)

• Binh Duong Factory (Ben Cat District)

JOB DUTIES

• Job Responsibilities:

• Manage both QC and Production Control departments (each department has its team leader)

• Understand the quality control procedure in shoes industry

• Find out mistakes / problems in production and give solutions

• Manage and negotiate with the contractor factory
  

• Will become Production Manager at the in-charge site after working one and a half years

• Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Desirable Background and Experience:

• Qualification: Bachelor Degree or Diploma Degree

• Language skill(s): English business level AND Mandarin business level (must)

• At least 5 years of experience working in Production Control and/or QC functions in shoes-making industry (preferable: 10-15 years)

• Strong management skill is a big plus
