Job Description

1) Report to Japanese General Director
2) Assigned to Marketing Dept., work independently in Product Marketing
3) Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and implement a wide range of Product knowledge training activities for direct sales/ channel sales/ channels. 
- In charge of all products (Mainly Multi-function Printer, Industrial Printer/ IT Equipment & Printing Management Solutions are additional)
- Cooperate with all internal divisions (Sales, Marcom, Logistic, Solutions, Services…) to develop business target.
- Conduct the new product training for internal resources.
- Develop and maintain product training materials to maximize understanding of product value on sales
- Support product demo for sales to perform the effective demo to customers
- Develop and distribute an effective demo scenario so that sales can let customers understand product values very well based on the understanding of customers requirement
- Co-visit customers with sales in order to provide a support for sales to let customers fully understand our product value
- Handle any inquiries from direct sales/ channel sales at both pre-sales and post-sales stage
- Support deal closing especially for all cases
- Receive, understand and translate brochure, spec sheet and other sales kit portfolio into local language (Vietnamese)
- Analyze and compare the differences of product by product and compare with competitors’ ones 
- Other task assigned by direct supervisor

Job Requirement

1) Essential Requirement:
- Language: Fluent in English
- Relevant technology certification
- 5+ years of Product Marketing experience in office equipment (printer, fax, scanner)
- At least 2 years' experience in a field facing role
- Well organized and high sense of responsibilities
- Adequate customer management skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills – spoken, written and presentation
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and deadline

2) Preferable Requirement:
- Prefer with experiences in IT, Sales & Marketing, Product Marketing with technical products

3) Personality:
- Self-runner, detailed, determined, resourceful, smart, ambitious, hard-working
