<Job Responsibilities>
- Identify, approach and develop potential customers, build relationships, nurture new connections, expand sales network to grow customer base and generate business opportunities, and identify business opportunities for development.
- Advise and introduce product solutions that fit customer needs through meetings, emails or phone calls.
- Manage sales process, follow up with potential customers and guide them through the conversion process.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensure satisfaction to build trust and provide exceptional customer experience, explore opportunities for further cooperation.
- Provide professional support and solutions to customer requests as a product expert.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, share insights with the team to enhance sales strategy.
Job Requirement
<Required Skills/Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related fields.
・Language: Japanese - Business level (JLPT N2 or equivalent) and English - Communication level (Ability to write emails and business reports)
・Experience: 2-3 years of experience working as Sales (Experience in technical sales is an advantage).
・Good communication skills, including effective verbal and written communication, teamwork and emotional intelligence.
・Ability to build and maintain good customer relationships through excellent customer service.
・Analytical thinking, negotiation and time management skills.
・Self-discipline, independence and high sense of responsibility in managing work and prioritizing.
