<Report Line : Japanese Manager > <Team Member: 30 persons> <Number of Subordinates: 28 persons > <Products: Water & Wastewater Treatment System to Manufacturer > <Saturday Working: 1st Saturday of every month > < Job Purpose > - To manage and control the Plant Department to execute the projects. To manage the maintenance service at customers' factory. - To be responsible for quality control of the projects. - To control the CAD operators. - To apply the new technology for design and equipment selection as well the cost estimation. - Support the sales engineers to do the technical sale activity.
