Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Provide & support techniques for all relevant departments as methods for design, airflow analysis, heat load, sound level, equipment selection, and specification of the company's products and other branch refrigeration systems.
- Assist sales staff in answering inquiries with regard to the technical aspects of the company's product or another product.
- Support to contractors handling the problems after the installation company's product or another product
- Visit on-site with sales staff to help them solve all customer problems of customers.
- Assign a service engineer to monitor the installed work of the contractor at the site to avoid mistaken installation progress.
- Maintain staff by selecting, training employees, counseling and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Protect operations by keeping sensitive information confidential.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending technical workshops and training courses then transfer them to the sales department.
- Update the Vietnamese regulations of the company's product.
- Join the technique task team, support another department
- Translate & check technical materials in English to Vietnamese.
- Control spare part stocking and inventory monthly.
- Hold a service training course for dealers and end users.
- Control and manage all activities related to the service department
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education Background: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience:
- From 3 years of experience in refrigeration service technician
- Have team management experience.
