Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- Participate in the product R&D process: research and develop new products, improve existing ones, and propose optimal construction solutions and methods according to customer requirements.
- Train and develop personnel within the Project Department to align with the company's development orientation.
- Manage on-site construction: supervise progress, quality, construction methods, occupational safety, environmental hygiene, and quality documentation.
- Verify construction volume for teams and subcontractors.
- Collaborate with the Sales Department to prepare technical documents for bidding.
- Plan work, assign tasks, and organize and manage the Project Department's activities.
- Directly resolve on-site issues: manage equipment supply, oversee work, and provide professional technical support to staff.
- Advise the Board of Directors/Head of Site Management Department on product and market development strategies.
- Build a positive and professional work environment within the department.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education Background: Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
・Language: English - Business Level 
・Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 2 years in a management/project supervision role.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
+ Proficiency in AutoCAD (preference for candidates with Revit knowledge).
+ In-depth knowledge of product R&D, construction methods, quality standards, occupational safety, and project documentation management.
+ Strong planning, organizational, personnel management, and project coordination skills.
+ Ability to communicate, train, and coach teams.
+ Strategic thinking, high sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
+ Willingness to travel for short-term business trips to provinces.
