JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Supporting sales team in managing suppliers/customers list, making and managing sales contracts
- Checking stock available, item detail information and confirm to sales team.
- Preparing delivery documents for any time of shipping out
- Updating stock management file (input & output)
- Controlling the delivery schedule
- Monthly reports of operation division.
- Preparing documents for selling to EPE, foreign customers.
- Preparing documents for buying goods/services from foreign suppliers
REQUIREMENTS:
- Two year experience in Japanese company
- Good computer skills
- Good Command of Japanese (N2 or above).
- Knowledge and skills in accounting, import/export, warehouse management
