Salary Range: Gross 750-1000 USD per month

JOB DUTIES
Report to Japanese General Director
Assigned to Sales Department
Main Tasks:
Develop OE business of BSTVN by all means
1.Maintain good relationship with current customers
-Periodically visit OEMs to update I-H-S info & look for new project approach
-Update contact list of each relating dept. of OEM (Top Management/ Marketing/ Purchasing/ Service Part, etc.)
-Secure stable supply for customers, prevent all possibility to cause customers' production stop
-Handle & directly communicate with customers regarding sales contract, payment term, logistic matters, complaints, and so on.
-Support OE warranty tires if there are requests from OEMs
2.Lead new OE projects/ approach new OE customers
-Directly handle new customers/ new project from 1st discussion until supply starting
-Consider all aspects that strongly affect the supply (product, technical service, quotation, logistics, compliance to Vietnamese regulation, and other matters)
3.Develop car dealer channel to support OE biz
-Directly handle new car dealer candidates from 1st discussion until supply starting
-Consider all aspects that strongly affect the supply (sales margin, contract, logistic improvement, marketing support and other matters)
-Collect pics from activities at car dealers to report to OEMs and OE department in BSCAP
4.OE market data analysis
-Analyze VAMA sales monthly report
-Observe and record OE fitment at VAMA motor show/ Car dealers
5.OE sales target planning in both short term and middle term
-Prepare data and logical thinking for OE approach strategies & OE sales budget in OB/RB/MTP
-Directly propose to BOM for approval
6.Manage A&P budget
-Prepare proposals based on allocated budget to support OEM & car dealers
-Periodically review the budget status to ensure all expenditure is finished before due date
7.Manage stock & place order for OE
-Remind OEM to update FCS monthly
-Calculate & place order in every production month, based on FCS from OEM
-Consider various solutions to protect stable supply for customers or to support them in urgent case
8.Keep close communication with BTMV, BSCAP & BSJ regarding OE issues
Support sales team to check & consolidate all sales reports
-BSCAP weekly report
-FG & Inventory report
-Monthly sales report
-BSCAP monthly report
-OE monthly development program report
Other assignments: Representative for OE team in Cross Functional Project / Regional Functional Project
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must:
-Gender: Any
-Age: Above 30 preferable
-Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
-Language Skills: High fluency in English verbal and writing communication
-3-4 years of working experience in sales and management
-Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
-Good logical thinking, planning and self-managing skills
-Want to work in tire/car industry
-Proactive, adaptable, fast learner, individual worker and team player
Preferable:
-Prefer candidates having relevant working experience at Key Account Position or in Automobile/Auto Part Industry (B2B)
-Good understanding of company industry will be preferred
