- Complete import and export procedures and documentation.
- Prepare Certificates of Origin (CO) for goods (Form E, A, AJ, EUR.1, D).
- Manage and monitor orders and contracts.
- Receive, verify, and cross-check all types of import-export documents during customs clearance processes.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Department Manager to support the team and other departments as needed.
Job Requirement
<Necessary skills>
- Education Background: University graduate majoring in Import-Export, International Trade, Foreign Trade, or other related fields.
- Language skills: English – Business level.
- Experience:
+ From 2 to 5 years of experience in an Import-Export position at an EPE (Export Processing Enterprise).
+ Experienced in handling customs procedures for all types of imported/exported goods in compliance with regulations.
