<Job Responsibilities> 1. Climate Change Management ✓ The company targets carbon neutrality by 2050 and a 20% reduction in CO2 emissions from manufacturing by 2030 ✓ Together with the production department, the team will: - Verify the progress of our suppliers' reduction plans and assist with related initiatives. - Promote coal phase-out and use of renewable energy in factories. - Work with external organizations. 2. Factory Environmental Evaluation ✓ Responsible for introducing environmental management Higg FEM project to suppliers to ensure the company's minimum requirement and improve the factory performance ✓ Responsible for chemical management at factories and ensuring wastewater test result ✓ Responsible for waste management at factories by implementing waste management guideline ✓ Responsible for water reduction at factories by following the company's target of 10% per unit by 2025 3. Traceability ✓ The company established a traceability management system in supply chains ✓ Together with the Production dept and a third party, the team will visit Spinning mills to grasp the traceability management system and improve it together
Job Requirement
<Necessary skill/ Experience > - Education Background: College Degree or above, majors in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management,... - Language: English - Business Level - Experience: + At least 5 years of experience in the Sustainability Environment Field (Climate Change, Factory Evaluation HIGG & Traceability) + Having experience in the industry related to Apparel Brands/ Manufactures - Others: ・Willing to have a business trip (2-3 days trip, Vietnam: 2 times per month, Overseas: 2-3 times per year) ・Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ・Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking ・Able to suggest the solution spontaneously and work independently to support the senior ・Able to summarize complex situations/data into easily understandable materials ・Good computer skills (e.g. MS Office)
