<Job Description> - Be a bridge between the Vietnam office and the parent company in Japan - Provide direct support to management and Japanese-related tasks such as document translation, interpreting in meetings, responding to emails as instructed, reporting in Japanese, communicating with Japanese customers as requested. - Support searching and working with potential customers through various sources. - Support making proposal files for new products, suitable for customers. - Support working with factories and suppliers to develop new products based on the requirements of the company and customers - Support searching and introducing the company's raw materials and spices to factories, partners, and potential customers. - Support office work (cooking test samples, labeling, packaging samples, sending samples, neatly arranging samples, booking cars/air tickets, etc.) - Support working with customers on contracts, minutes of agreement, appendixes, acceptance, tracking tables, etc. - Support market research for many items, search for new product trends in other countries, make reports, presentations. - Support searching for suppliers and support QA/QC in auditing factories in Vietnam to find more good suppliers, interpret during factory visits when there are Japanese customers - Support QC to check and compare Japanese documents, certificates, standards, test results, production processes, ingredients, etc. to ensure products meet customer requirements. - Support in creating new recipes combining cuisines of other countries, especially Asian cuisine (Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Taiwanese, Thai, Vietnamese, etc.) - Work under the direction of the team leader and support other related tasks required by the company. - Report content and progress to direct managers and directors.
Job Requirement
<Requirements> - Degree: University graduate. - Foreign language: + Japanese: Business level N1~N2 (proficient in 4 skills, able to interpret meetings, emails, reports, phone calls, meet and work directly with Japanese customers, etc.). + English: Basic communication - No experience required, accepting new graduates, the company will train. - Enthusiastic, proactive, honest, responsible for work, highly self-motivated, sociable, good teamwork skills, flexible in time. Careful, focused on details. - Have communication, behavior, connection skills, flexible in many situations, good EQ. Love to experience, have an open-minded tendency. - Love and have a passion for learning about domestic and foreign cuisine. <Priority> - Priority is given to candidates studying Japanese at universities. - Priority is given to candidates with related knowledge to food or business administration. - Priority is given to candidates with knowledge of business, import-export, economics, finance and accounting.
