Job Description
<Job Description> • Human Resources Management: o Support timekeeping, payroll, bonuses, and other employee benefits. o Implement and complete procedures related to labor contracts, social insurance, health insurance, and personal income tax. o Update employee records and changes (new hires, resignations, transfers). o Handle HR-related issues, complaints, and grievances. • Recruitment and Training Support: o Develop recruitment plans and post job advertisements. o Screen resumes and coordinate with relevant departments to select candidates. o Process employment contracts for new employees and provide guidance on company policies. o Support training and employee development activities. • Office Administration: o Track and distribute office supplies and necessities. o Manage office assets and equipment; coordinate repairs when necessary. o Procure materials and equipment as requested by departments. o Manage access control at the office gate. o Coordinate with security and janitorial staff. o Manage and settle administrative expenses such as electricity, water, internet, and other services. • Event Support: o Assist in preparing and organizing company events, such as birthdays, workshops, and internal events. • Other Duties: o Support management with administrative tasks as requested. o Photocopy and print documents and records. o Assist in managing vehicle-related expenses (maintenance, fuel, allocation).
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skills / Experience> ・Education: College degree or higher in Human Resources, Law, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent. ・Gender: Any ・Age: Any ・Language: English – Conversational level (able to read and understand documents) ・Experience: 2–3 years in a similar position (HR & Admin, General HR, or C&B Staff) ・Hard Skills: + Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management tools + Strong calculation and data compilation skills, accurate and efficient + Knowledge of Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, Personal Income Tax Law, and regulations related to payroll, insurance, and benefits ・Soft Skills: + Good communication and organizational skills, able to work independently and in a team + Responsible, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, manage time, prioritize tasks, and work overtime when needed <Preferable Skills / Experience> ・Experience working in a Japanese company ・Proficient in both English and Japanese ・Good understanding of Japanese corporate culture ・Flexible and adaptable at work
