<Job Responsibilities> Key Responsibilities and Duties 1. Office Management ● Manage and maintain the office premises, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional working environment ● Oversee office supplies inventory and reordering (stationery, pantry items, etc.) ● Organize internal meetings, events, and staff welfare activities ● Oversee office renovation projects and subsequent maintenance ● Supervise office support staff 2. Compliance and Documentation ● Ensure all corporate processes (ERC, IRC, Visa, Work Permit, TRC, Fire Safety, etc) are compliant with requirements from the Vietnam Government and third-party service providers. 3. Cross-Functional Support ● Analyze and improve the efficiency of Admin processes (e.g., purchasing process, record management, facility management, asset tracking, etc). ● Handle expatriate support services, such as housing arrangements and schooling for expat children.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration ・Language: English - Business Level (both written and verbal) ・Experience: ● 5+ years of experience in a back-office function (HR, Admin, or Operations). ● Experience working with the Vietnam Government ・Technical & Soft Skills: Can multitask and is good at time management, ensuring timely completion of tasks. <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Japanese communication skills
