Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage employee attendance records, check and verify daily/ monthly timesheets to ensure accuracy and compliance with company regulations.
- Prepare, sign, and manage labor contracts (new contracts, renewals, extensions, and terminations).
- Handle procedures related to social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance: registration, adjustment, and benefits settlement.
- Maintain, update, and ensure the accuracy of employee personnel files and the HR database.
- Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws, social insurance regulations, and company policies.
- Support the HR Manager for HR-related matters.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Head of Department to support the team and other departments when necessary.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor’s Degree, major in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
・Language: Japanese - Intermediate Level or English - Intermediate Level
・Experience: Having a minimum of 3 years of experience working in the HR C&B field (attendance, contracts, and social insurance.)
+ Solid knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.
・Others:
- Good at the office computer, Excel, and math.
- Be careful and timely at work.
- Cooperative spirit and high responsibility, trustworthiness, and teamwork.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Can use both English and Japanese
