Job Description
1. Senior Staff - Perform product enhancement activities and review quality improvements to elevate product quality. - Establish processing conditions for trial products to achieve the desired product quality. - Coordinate with relevant departments to plan investigations/improvements for defects found in trial products. - Liaise with Japanese bases as needed. - Opportunities for daily communication with Japanese staff and Japanese bases, providing a chance to improve language skills. - Expected to create action plans to achieve targets. - Perform other production technical tasks. 2. Staff - Evaluate and manage 5M1E (Man, Machine, Material, Method, Measurement, Environment) changes. - Analyze process data. - Control process issues and anomalies. - Execute technical tasks as directed.
Job Requirement
<Requirements> - Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Chemistry, Electronics, or a related field. - Foreign Language: Japanese - Business level (JLPT N3 or higher). - Experience: 1. Senior Staff: - At least 5 years of experience in a technical role at a Japanese company. - Experience and knowledge in setting up and improving machinery and equipment for manufacturing. 2. Staff: - Fresh graduates in Engineering, Chemistry, or Electronics are welcome. - Japanese proficiency of JLPT N3 or higher, and English proficiency of TOEIC 550 or higher.
