Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance - electrical systems, including power distribution, control panels, motors, and lighting. • Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, compressors, split units, ventilation systems) to ensure efficient operation. • Support routine inspection and basic maintenance of firefighting systems such as fire pumps, hydrants, sprinklers, detectors, and alarm panels. • Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure production continuity. • Participate in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new electrical and HVAC equipment. • Monitor equipment performance, identify potential issues, and propose improvement solutions. • Maintain accurate maintenance logs, inspection records, and reports. • Coordinate with production, EHS, and facility teams to ensure safety and compliance with company standards. • Follow company safety policies and relevant technical regulations during all maintenance work.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or related fields. ・Language: English - Conversational Level ・Experience: Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in a factory or industrial environment. • Good knowledge of electrical systems and HVAC equipment. • Basic understanding of firefighting systems and safety procedures. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Team player with good communication skills. • Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency maintenance. <Preferable Skill / Experience> • Familiarity with preventive maintenance software (CMMS). • Relevant certifications in HVAC, electrical safety, or firefighting systems. • Knowledge of local regulations on electrical safety and fire protection. • Candidates who live within 30 minutes by motorbike of Ben Luc (Long An).
