Job Description
<Main responsibilities> - Sales of contact lenses and contact lens care products to optical shops and hospitals - Develop and manage the customer system: Optical shops, Eye clinics/hospitals, Contact lens distributors - Introduce, consult, and sell the company’s contact lens products in accordance with the sales strategy and policies. - Maintain and develop long-term relationships with existing customers; identify and expand new customer accounts. - Carry out sales activities: ・Conduct regular customer visits ・Display products and introduce promotional programs ・Collect market and competitor information - Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis. - Coordinate with related departments (Marketing, Logistics, Accounting, etc.) to ensure effective sales operations. - Prepare sales reports and market reports as required by management.
Job Requirement
<Essential Requirements> ・Education: College/Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Economics, Marketing, Pharmacy, or Ophthalmology) ・Age: Under 35y ・Gender: Any ・Foreign Language: Communication level in English ・Experience: - At least 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in: • Contact lenses or eyewear • Pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or FMCG (retail channel) <Skills & Competencies> - Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to work independently, proactively, and handle sales pressure. - Willingness to travel and work in the field as required. - Proficient in basic office tools (Word, Excel, email). <Personal Qualities> - Honest, responsible, and persistent. - Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn. - Professional demeanor, suitable for working with clients in the healthcare industry. <Preferred Requirements> ・Having sales experience in the same products
